Greetings colleagues,
 
We are at an early stage of exploring the possibility of establishing some sort of exchange program with Herzen State at my law school. I am interested to learn if any of your law schools has any sort of exchange program (student exchange, research, conferences, etc) with Herzen State in St. Petersburg and, if so, whether you might be willing to share your experience as to how it has operated.  I'd also be interested to know if any of you have visited Herzen and, if so, what your experience was like.
