I am pleased to announce that on-line registration for the 40th Annual Conference of the Canadian Council on International Law (Ottawa, November 3-5, 2011) is now open. This conference grapples with emerging issues of culture, innovation and technology and their relationship with international law.  Topics include international technological and intellectual property issues, issues surrounding cultural property, developments in cybercrime and cyberwarfare, cultural implications related to human rights and development, and cutting edge developments and practices in international environmental, humanitarian, business and trade law.
