This week's edition is out in PDF and HTML formats at:

Please note, the electronic file in which the Digest was being created this week became corrupt and much of the data could only be recovered in Rich Text format.  That means hypertext links have been stripped from that portion of the document.  A decision was made to publish in any event in order to alert users to the existence of material even though additional effort to retrieve this material will be necessary.
