Greeting colleagues,

I am sad that I will miss many of you at ASIL this year because of a prior commitment in Singapore, but if you are going to be in Washington, DC on the 27 of March and have some free time at lunch, please come by the Stimson Center for a discussion about the opportunities and challenges presented by the current push to open up mining of the seabed within and beyond national jurisdiction.
