In recognition of its newly-bestowed Impact Factor, Transnational
Environmental Law is providing open access to the top-10 most cited articles
from the journal. The articles can be accessed at:
<http://journals.cambridge.org/tel/most-cited/vol2>
http://journals.cambridge.org/tel/most-cited/vol2

There are some very interesting articles in this collection, including the
role of risk assessment in international governance, the role of market
mechanisms in biodiversity conservation, international chemicals regulation,
and international governance of emerging technologies, with a focus on
nanotechnology.
