for the same reason that a foreign company bought Arnotts biscuits when
they could have easily made biscuits of their own.
for the brand name, stupid.
for someone who thinks that "intellectual property" is real and as valid
as actual property, you're remarkably slow to recognise the value of a
trade mark.
