well, we've been using iBurst as a basic service at Greens conferences,
lately, but not for anything particularly sensitive, just really so the
attendees can access conference doco on a low-security server, and also
keep up to date with the media.
we definitely don't use it (or 802.11* or bluetooth, either) for
anything important, we have too many cynics for that, and while i don't
actually know of any hacks or exploits, i am not interested in turning
the party into a bunch of lab rats to find out.
the very idea of EM radiation and security seems absurd to me, although
i'm willing to be convinced otherwise, but it's going to take more than
a rat with a gold tooth in an Armani suit saying "Trust Me".
let the rants and raves begin!
