That's all the FTTN was supposed to supply ... at a 'guaranteed 
6Mbs'. (Be still my beating heart!

And most of us who sign up end up waiting a long time before being 
shifted from Telstra's DSLAM to the new providers ADSL 2(+) DSLAM ... 
due to Telstra regulations.
