   When attempting to pay my NSW Green-Slip insurance using the NRMA website, I got to the page where one has to enter credit card details.  It expects card type & number, name on card, expiry date, and the 3-digit verification code but, lo, there's no field in which to enter the verification code, at least with the Konqueror browser.

   Is this a record for really bad testing?
