I submitted some questions about same two days ago. Still no
reply. Why does the introduction of technology into into the
customer support loop seem to always introduce more waiting
time for the customer? A week seems a very long time.

The reply textbox on the form at
<http://www.about.sensis.com.au/contact/contact_details.php?vars=,feedback,no,21,12>
is about 30 characters (or whatever your browser defaults to), which IMHO is
way to narrow to enter a decent stream of text.
