I have a friend who does this with her husband all the time. generally he
has taken her points, but recently he had to fight an photographed problem
at an intersection because he had taken so many of hers he may have lost
his license. Fortunately for him, he got off because the police didn't
show. I guess the magistrate could have fined him anyway, but didn't. He
was obviously in the wrong!
