[LINK] Chinese spam

Having received some spam in Kanji/Chinese characters this morning I wondered whether character based writing systems have better spam filters?  Presumably it would be harder to incorrectly "spell" a word - eg Best love dr at gs at best store!  

What is the kanji equivalent of "dr at gs"?  I'm sure there is scope for word play in such systems, but I assume it is limited to a small number of specific similar characters for any word.
