Indeed, the so-called google.com site is purportedly found via

http://www.google.com/ncr

However, the logo remains 'Ozzified' (http://www.google.com.au/ 
doodle12.html carries on this madness, but it points to a possible  
'12 days of Christmas' style of daily alteration and 'improvement' to  
the logo.)

What's worse, however, is the alt and title tag for the logo, and the  
overall phraseology. Puhleeease:

"Happy Holidays from Google" ....blech!


Whatever happened to #$%!@ Christmas? Have Americans lost the plot  
entirely?
