I ended up very sceptical of this 250 miles per charge claim. The spec 
says 185kW from the motor (ie, peak). If I drive conservatively, perhaps 
I use 20kW of the engine's power on average. Driving two hours per day, 
that's 40kW - 2 2/3 charges per day. IOW, it gets 250 miles on very, 
very gentle driving.
