I had originally given this one a miss, but because my buddy Fred seconded 
the recommendation, made me look!  Further hunting led to this gem:

The gist of the article is the value of the google cache for finding all 
those post 9/11 webpages the US gubmint was scared might get into the hands 
of tarists.

This guy is quite clever!
