All I did was post a news report. I didn't express an opinion or add any 
information.

For the record and to repeat what I posted to Link a while ago, I 
currently work for KPMG who has been engaged to provide Program 
Monitoring and Assurance for the Access Card project. I have an 
involvement with the project, but am constrained as to what I can say or 
who I can talk to about the project.
