nope. mailman doesn't line-wrap mail.

aside from the optional message-length limits and the (also optional) ability
to reject mail with certain types of attachments (such as images) or to strip
off certain attachments (such as html), it does minimal munging of either the
message headers or body.

that's because list managers, like mail transfer agents, aren't supposed to
modify the mail that they're forwarding.
