I've heard about these, but never actually seen one in use. Are they  
easy to see on a mobile phone, or does one have to look for the  
vacant stare of a gullible radiation-addled mobile phone user to spot  
them?

If it's a billion dollar industry, I'd like to know how vendors can  
claim that the devices/patches/barriers/condoms/tinfoil sheets  
actually work, and then sell them without fear of the ACCC, or any  
consumer body that is prepared to act.

The crystals sound interesting...
