There are hundreds of different types. The French are particularly
vulnerable to this type of scare-marketing.

The ones that I've seen are very like those shiny-silver stickers that you
get on the side of product boxes.  If you go on-line and search on the
subject, you'll be amazed at how many are on sale.

I forgot to mention the USA/French microchip system which produced random
radio noise, and supposedly confused the cells so much that they didn't
react to the GSM signals.
