For any that are interested, (including the several private emailers
whom have enquired), may I reasonably suggest that you conduct
follow-up forays into your personal 'Kundalini' (ancient Sanscrit and
meaning 'coiled up'), and your Chakras (Sansrit for 'wheel of life').

These two ancient concepts are central to the practice of Yoga, and
excellent ways to gain deeper appreciation and inner understandings.
One could dismiss it all as non-sense, but, in doing so, one would be
denying the meaning of life for literally billions of people over eons.
