allow copying music to iPods legally.

FOUR months' work by writers of government legislation has resulted 
in a 29-page draft bill aimed at legalising an already common 
practice: copying songs onto iPods. The problem? Such copying would 
almost certainly remain illegal if the bill was passed as it stands.
