Yes but eventually the expensive lawyers get sick of the silly claims and 
stop representing you for fear their reputation will be likened to that of 
the "deeper pockets"

Unless of course the expensive lawyer is cashing in at triple rates so when 
they can't work for anyone in 2 years time they have enough in their 
Bahamas bank account!
