Thanks Chris.

Needless to say, I think this is a worthwhile exercise, and I'm about 
to draw the site to the attention of my MSc(ECOM) students here at 
the Uni of Hong Kong.  (Along with 
https://www.hkcert.org/secguide/index.html, to be fair to the local 
blokes).
