It is spam in a roundabout way because the "ebooks in mobiles" link is
buried deep in the site. It is a catalogue of ebooks - some downloads are
free and many are not.  

I was fascinated by the "Dr VN BRIMS" acronym because the site has an
instance of "DR.V.N.BEDEKAR INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT STUDIES" (Dr VN BIMS?);
another version is "DR.V.N.BEDEKAR INSTITUTE OF RESEARCH AND MANAGEMENT
STUDIES" (Dr VN BIRMS), but nothing resembling BRIMS. :-)
