fyi to Linkers who are space flight buffs. NASA TV is back with the latest
happenings on mission STS-115 (interesting that the last one was 121. Maybe
because they are numbered by work packages? anyone know?)

Quite a complex mission. Some highlights:
- placement of a 35,000 pound truss onto the space station
- docking later today our time (around 6:46pm I think Eestern Aussie time;
check it; it's 5:46am central time in US) (time converter:
http://www.timezoneconverter.com/)
- there will be a Soyuz launch before the shuttle undocks, then the shuttle
undocks, then another component undocks, then Soyuz arrives (traffic jam in
space?) all this explains why they really needed to launch despite the
delays that they had experienced re weather recently
- full schedule at http://www.nasa.gov/multimedia/nasatv/mission_schedule.html

Gorgeous pics of the earth right now.
