Are you paying for a personal or business PO Box?
You'd expect the rules to differ. I pay for a business PO Box.

The last time I was away and redirected mail, I specifically ticked the
box "all mail".   But's that's sometime ago, maybe the law got changed.

It was quite explicit - didn't matter about the recipient.
