Reading through RFC 3675, which sets out some pretty
compelling reasons not to adopt a .xxx TLD, I am reminded of
the PICS technology for content classification. This seems
to have been virtually abandoned of late. Having a working
PICS system for classification of content would be a useful
counter to future efforts to establish a TLD for the same
purpose.

[BTW Hi Linkers, yes I'm back after an n-year absence. Would
you believe I re-subscribed a couple of years ago from my
work account but never received any traffic, and then forgot
about it. I guess that Link was blackholed somewhere along
the line. Anyway here I am under my home email, looks good
so far.]
