Actually it should be there are 1 kinds of people, those who do (1) and 
those who do not (0)

Because if you take the context of binary, in a single bit notion, you have 
"two" modes, on and off.  So you have a TRUE and a FALSE.  Those who DO and 
those who do NOT.

But then jokes and technical accuracy aren't always equated.
