Support for OGG/THEORA is shipping with Ubuntu and Knoppix including a
plug in in firefox....probably other versions of Linux. Not sure what
the situation is for MSWindows based Firefox, but there is a vierw
plugin for QuickTime.

I would be interested in feedback on how well it works...
