I think you can pin lock ALL Nokia phones from use when they go into 
LOCK mode.  My 5110 does as does the 3650.

The 5110 isn't exactly a new phone, in fact it's so featureless and 
old it's really just a cordless phone with a few memories on it!

When you unlock the phone (menu *) you have to enter a pin to be able 
to do anything.

Safe from prying children who learn things fast :)
