I should have pointed out that the idea of President Hillary Clinton 
fighting a war comes from John Burmingham's future history trilogy.

HMAS Canberra will actually be in service by 2016: Federal Cabinet 
recently approved its construction in Spain and Australia. The ship 
is planned to have containerized command and control facilities on 
board. These will look much like a de-mountable classroom, with video 
screens on the walls.

ps: The Navy is not yet admitting HMAS Canberra is an aircraft 
carrier, despite the ship's most prominent feature being a "ski jump" 
on the front for Harrier and F-35 SVTOL jets.
