constraints.  The term RQF plus any and all revenue associated with any

to collect royalties.

More concerning to Tom may be the fact that the term FARC, plus any and
all revenue associated with any use of the term, is the exclusive
property of the Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia.  Their
staff will also visit Tom to discuss revenue sharing.
