If LJH was truly "Green" he would allow Parliament to Telecommute
and thus save all that jet plane fuel for real travel.
They could have local centres in each city or larger town with a hot
office and high bandwidth networks &c....
Then again, there's a lot of coal burnt by bunches of servers doing nothing....
