All they need is a computer powerful enough to display the 
pages in a stable manner and enough bandwidth to carry the load.

I think we should just cut this short and get right to the point 
about the family goat, good mass media education and clean water 
being more practical than bandwidth and snazzy appware.

When web 2.0 stops someone from starving to death, from being 
exploited as a child soldier or dying from dysentery, then we'll have 
a story!   ;)
