I would expect them to get financial audits according to the act, but 
a privacy policy audit? I doubt it! That would have been some type of 
purchased legal opinion to cover their backs in case this question 
came up, IMHO. Does anyone know differently? I haven't bothered to 
spend time looking for the original docs.
