[LINK] Saving Water in Libraries via the Web

With water restrictions in place in Australian cities one of the 
frustrations is to go into a public library and see water being 
wasted. The web is a useful resource for water conservation. Using 
the library's Internet access I was able to find them details of what 
could be done to save water and a Federal government scheme to fund 
water saving measures
