I'm interested too Tom, but that link points to "IT Optimisation for
Operational Risk Reduction", which was held in November 2000. And,
after five fruitless minutes, I've given up trying to find it on the
Marcus Evans website - it's a great example of a site with hopeless
navigation and a worse search function.
