Yes.

Successfully.  The precedents exist.  However, this is not the 
Trading Post (Sensis) being sued.

It wouldn't surprise me if there is a Supreme Court damages 
proceeding running in parallel to the ACCC Federal Court proceeding.

The ACCC is prosecuting, not suing.
