As some of you know, I use to stream several cameras inside my home
on the Internet. I did this for many years, until we had our second
child and things around the house became more complicated.
I still stream 16 exterior cameras :) But all the internal ones are
now strictly limited to the internal server so we can monitor any
room in the house. I can of course, using a VPN tunnel and a lot of
DMZ and firewall punching, get a connection to my server from
anywhere in the world, but it's not something I do "adhoc" as it
takes time to set up.
But strangely many people do have web cams running in their homes all
day every day and you can watch 3 year old Mary and her 5 year old
brother running around naked. That worries me in today's world.
