Local results have never been the same as general results. I don't know
why either - I think they think they are being helpful.
Its possible to do a search in a time of flux, and get different
results, because you have reached a different data centre at Google
which is currently holding a different dataset.
And on top of that, Google is now doing 'personalisation' - they vary
the results by person.
So, overall, we shouldn't expect to be able to get the same results as
a person using a different history record from a different connection :(
