TALO Teach and learn online teachers/educators used videoconferencing
software and skype for their swapmeets which includes people from
around the world in online meetups. Last one was held at an Adelaide
TAFE campus.

I am not sure how the ellluminate system ranks for bandwidth but
it is used by the Knowledge Tree.
