No experience with any specific software, but there have been continual
stories of lame filtering issues, such as health workers discussing a
"therapist" being blocked because it matched "rapist".
In this case, my guess is that "billabong" is matching "bong", and you
certainly don't want the kiddies filling up with dope. Hell, that's for
*adults*!
