[LINK] RFI: Gmail in Reference: header

Actually it was my contribution to the thread. It is odd though
because I don't actually send from gmail because if I do I never see
the post from link which I find exasperating so I post from my local
ISP SMTP server. This references header must get added by my client
or the local ISP or by mailman.anu.edu.au based on my email address.

I guess Roger will never reply though I think calling me a bastard is
a bit rude.
