Only from those NOT in the NT and from those who the processes don't 
apply to or affect or who have actual exposure to the issues.

People tend to support more the things that are remote from them, 
rather than the things that affect them.

When things affect people, they are usually against the processes.

People don't like change, unless it's change for someone else.
