Well, lets look at the charges - if you rob someone at gunpoint you
might be charged with theft, assault with a deadly weapon, assualt with
intention to kill, etc, etc.
If you rob someone 'at keyboard' (what an interesting turn of a phrase.
I wonder if this will be a neologism?) you might be charged with theft.
Perhaps spamming. But a whle raft of charges you would expect after a
robbery at gunpoint would be missing.
A clear difference, IMHO
