I am wondering if the voting systems require access to databases of
electoral commission data and whether it is the robust access to to
who we are which is hard to test.
Otherwise the tech and code is a traffic issue and a range of stress
testing approaches could help? I am inclined to agree especially
currently that paper feels more reliable.
