And when the public write for their own consumption/participation they
are likely not to. =)
The theft and property approach defines a perspective, access to
knowledge defines a perspective. If you write using language which
scopes your contributions to the debate then that has an impact on the
journalism it produces. Lawyers are not the only folk for whom
language comes with a [words used by professionals] warning.
