This confuses me.

Are they calling the act of reselling copyrighted materials theft?

I thought they were trying to convince us that the theft was the act
of copying copywrited materials we did not pay for (personal use).
>From the $60m worth it seems to me that the definition of theft is
getting expanded again by the media cos to encompass the resale or
redistribution of the materials.
