I hadn't tried the mapping interface, which I can't seem to get working either. 

If you go in via the Topic list, that works for me.  Though, when you reach the point that it offers the Spreadsheet for download, you need to do a save as and and an .XLS extension, to then open it. 

This will let you get the same info.

Some bugs to iron out, to be sure.
