That was mentioned on the vip list, but members said they were often 
distorted and very difficult to use. At least the DNCR has a phone 
number one can call to register. One wonders why this form of 
security (the type the graphics bit) is required at all. When you do 
online, they get your email address and you have to confirm from 
that. It's not as if someone would want to put you on the list to do harm, eh?

A prominent advocate reported that she has sent the problem to the 
attention of ACMA.
